Yi-Chun “Iggy” Hung is a sound designer, engineer and music composer in theater, dance, film and exhibition for over a decade. Originally from Taiwan, his works have been heard throughout Taiwan and China including Taiwan International Festival of Arts, Taipei Arts Festival, Taipei Fringe Festival, Beijing Music Festival and various venues.
In the US, he has been working with the famous Stella Adler Studio of Acting on their productions of NYU Tisch Acting program & Conservatory program. He assisted award-winning sound designers Lindsay Jones and M.L.Dogg at Off-Broadway & regional theaters including the Tony-Awarded Huntington Theater Company.
In Films, his work of Pop Meets The Void has won the Best of Fest Award from 2016 Queens Film Festival, and Best Feature from Lower East Side Film Festival. Music for short film Knighthood also has been played in various festivals around the world.
Iggy holds a MFA in Sound Design from Boston University and is current an adjunct instructor at National Taiwan University Department of Drama & Theater.
